When do you raise ticket?
If you are experiencing I.T. issues with your laptop, internet, Hays Systems etc.
How do you raise ticket?
Email a description of your issue to the IT team: servicedesk@hays.com.au. Include screenshot of the error if possible. Be as descriptive as possible to expedite the process.
You will be given an incident number for your ticket. Save this number for reference if no response or resolution.
