When do you escalate?
- If the issue that has been raised cannot be resolved easily/the issue is serious.
- If the OHS concern is not serious or a risk you should still mention this to Client Services in case of reoccurrence.
How do you escalate?
Contractor Health and Safety
- We need to be notified
- Send Health and Safety service request to Client Services and OHS team

- Incident report (filled out by Client Services)
- OHS team advise client services/care team how to proceed
- Care team reach out to contractor
Contractor Wellbeing
- We need to be notified
- Send Health and Safety service request to Client Services and OHS team
- OHS team make assessment for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) referral
- Once EAP confirmed OHS team reach out to EAP team
- EAP to reach out to contractor directly
Escalation point for resolution
Follow up with Client Services and OHS team.
